Its location ensures Orchard Villa is always cool and breezy, and temperatures often fall to 18 degrees at night. the misty mountains in the morning and after rain is a sight to behold!
Perfect for 2 families to stay together, each bedroom comes with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, while extra mattress sates are provided for children to sleep in the spacious lounge with its own toilet and shower. The upstairs master bedroom is especially spacious, and can also take additional beds.
Orchard Villa is furnished up to 4-star standard and comes with:
- A gas BBQ and wooden patio table and chairs
- TV, Astro (satellite) and HDMI DVD (a selection of DVDs are provided)
- Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, grill oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, cooking
utensils and eating utensils for 8 people.

Guest information:
- Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 12pm
- Orchard Villa is a scenic 150m walk from the carpark, with 30 stairs leading to the house. It is not suitable
for trail or wheelchair bound guests.
- Guests are welcomed to bring their own food and to use our BBQ set.
- We do not allow pork, pets or parties! Parties can be arrange at The Pavillion.
- 50% payment is required to confirm booking, with the remainder due 5 days before arrival. No refund is
provided for cancellation once payment are made.
- A RM500 deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out, upon confirmation of
no damage or loss.
- All transactions are required in cash or via bank transfer.
- Fishing incurs an additional charge for rod rental and bait. Should guests wish to keep fishes caought, this
will be charge by weight.
- Guests use Wawa Fun Valley at their own risk. We recommend that children 8 years old and under are
supervised by adults at all times.
